Day 30 Everything shifted

I did everything right.
And still felt lost.

I grew up in Sweden where time in nature wasn't a wellness trend — it was just life. Then I spent a decade in LA and quietly lost that thread. The lowest point came all at once: a divorce, my mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis, and a body I didn't recognize anymore.
